Dual fuel

Dual fuel system (dual fuel) of combustion engines provides optimal choice of using generating aggregates burning liquid and gas fuels. In dual fuel system of engine the mixture of air and gas fuel is fires by means of liquid spray.

Utilization of dual fuel engines is in various branches of machinery industry and other industries. As characteristics application is their using in:

• burning of weak gases (combination of diesel fuel and syntheses gas)
• change of standard reserve aggregate using for peak-load function (restriction of technical maximum of object consumption) and “hot reserve” (electrical generating set is started during set time and immediately prepared to supply load)
