4x 1300 GAXT – Kushvin factory for the production of cylinders for rolling of metals (Kushva, Sverdlovsk region, Russia)

Engul, s.r.o. took part in a complex project for the modernization of the Kushvin factory for the production of cylinders for rolling of metals (Kushva, Sverdlovsk region, Russia). The project (designed for 2012-2020) plans to create a unique modern rolling mill production complex that produces products with improved properties. The plant originated in 1738 and is one of the world’s leading producers and exporters of metallurgical production.

Under this program, Engul, s.r.o. manufactured in May and June this year for the “Kushvin factory for the production of cylinders for rolling of metals” by an over-transportation of 4 units of cogeneration unit engul 1300 GAXT with a rated output of 1250 kVA – installations producing electric energy and heat based on combustion engines – with which they create a cogeneration power plant.

The CHP works as a cogeneration power plant with a total electrical / thermal output of 5000 kVA / 4136 kW t , a 6.3 kV output voltage. The CHP is installed under the supervision of engineers from Engul and put into full operation. At present, the cogeneration power plant is fully operational.
